Jim Conger

BIM/Specification Specialist
Jim Conger is a successful BIM professional that speaks frequently at Autodesk University and other related events. Jim has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and specializes in educating both the design/build stakeholders and the building product manufacturers how to communicate more efficiently with one another. When he is not speaking, he works with North American AECO and building product manufacturers driving innovations in workflow communications. Jim has seen the construction marketplace from many different angles, working as a manufacturer, contractor, distributer, construction marketing manager, and has chaired the technical committee for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Construction Specification Institute. One of Jim's goals is to help create an environment which the design tools provided by manufacturers meet the needs of their customers and help make the design workflow more efficient for everybody.

He is an international speaker and an expert in global Building Information Modeling (BIM) lifecycle processes and methodologies.

Justin James

Justin has lectured on three continents and has been in our industry for over 25 years. Having climbed the ranks after his apprenticeship in the UK from BSE engineer, to lead coordinator and then to project management, he took his skills from the UK to Australia in the late 90’s, he then moved to Canada in 2009 running & co-writing the 1st BIM (Building Information Modelling) 101 sessions. After establishing a reputation in the industry, REACH was founded in 2013 providing virtual collaboration education as part of the shift in industry process. Now REACH has broadened its services to encompass all virtual fields, business development and process change. As a post Executive Director of aceBIM, Justin still volunteers with this association. His passion is in education and providing a new generation of engineers to enhance the industries future, making them the new leaders in infrastructure design through new collaborative and technological methods. His vision: To make a difference. His belief: To not evolve education is not evolving us!

Patrick Morrissey

Patrick Morrissey is the Chief Marketing Officer at Altify, helping leading organizations transform their sales process with proven enterprise sales methodology in software sales teams want to use. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of marketing as well as channels and alliances. Previously Morrissey was CRO of Simpplr, the delightful social intranet built on Salesforce, where he managed sales, marketing and customer success, delivering 100% annual growth. Prior to joining Simpplr, Morrissey held multiple executive positions at Salesforce.com, running both industry marketing and building out the vertical industry ISV channel and alliance team, delivering 10X revenue growth in less than two years.

Earlier in his career, Morrissey held executive roles in marketing, sales and business development for Business Objects, Savvion, and Scient. He has also worked in senior account positions for multiple advertising agencies on technology and consumer brands. When not fighting software crime, you can find him and his family in the mountains in Lake Tahoe.

Jeffrey Pinheiro, AIA

Jeffrey is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut and has 12 years of experience in varying roles throughout the industry. Jeffrey has designed and constructed an array of building types from small residential additions to multi-million dollar hospitals. Jeffrey began his professional career at the age of 16 working in a local architecture firm and continued gaining valuable experience at one of the largest architectural firms in the state.

Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Jeffrey holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from the University of Hartford.  Additionally, he obtained associate degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from Norwalk Community College.

Jeffrey is a leader in the industry when it comes to the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and technology.  He has spoken and taught classes at national conferences and is the creator of The Revit Kid.com (a worldwide resource on all things Revit and BIM related).  Additionally, Jeffrey holds the position as Northeast Regional BIM/VDC Manager for Turner Construction.
